Jobsteps Employment Service is a not for profit organisation that specialises in helping individuals with disabilities and complex barriers to work find and sustain meaningful paid employment.

We believe that given the right support and understanding individuals can overcome barriers and make a positive contribution to the workplace.

In the past year we supported over 1000 people through our network of services. We work closely with local partners, community groups, educational establishments and employers to bridge the gap for individuals and help those who are often disengaged to realise their own potential.
