Our employment services support individuals with a whole range of needs from those who are disadvantaged from the labour market, long term unemployed to individuals with disabilities with a particular specialism in supporting individuals on the autistic spectrum.

We work closely with anyone wishing to move into employment, understanding their needs and experience and ensuring that whatever route they choose is the best for them.

Jobsteps prides itself in maintaining its knowledge of autism and Asperger’s Syndrome and remains one of the few employment services that supports this group of people. This specialist knowledge means we can provide potential employers with a bespoke consultancy and training service to enable them to employ and retain employees with autism and Asperger’s Syndrome.

This unique additional service has also made us attractive to potential partners, and we have consequently been successful in securing a range of new provisions allowing us to expand our service across South Yorkshire, and into Hull, West Yorkshire, Derbyshire, and most recently, Manchester. Jobsteps was previously a part of Autism Plus, registered charity (518591). From October 2009 Jobsteps become Jobsteps Employment Services Ltd, a not for profit company under The Adsetts Partnership (TAP).
